Ludwig Classic Maple 4 Piece Drum Set Black Diamond Pearl in Northbridge, MA

Up for sale, a beautiful Ludwig Classic Maple 4 peice kit, sorry the BB snare not included, nor hardware/cymbals.. Wait, ok I will throw in a 14" Sabian HHX evolution crash for free, fairly new cymbal with little use and new condition (paid $165) ... but the sizes are 16x22 kick, 10x13 tom, 14x15 floor and 16x16 floor- one up, 2 down configuration. Man, these things sound great, very punchy, warm, boomy.. The shallower kick really surprised me, I was always the one crazy about deep kicks for rock.. not the case- has the low end of deeper kicks, but can hear the note much better, not the typical "muddy" deep lost sound that dissapears in the music when mic'd up live, you can hear it well! Drums are perfect, I bought them new within the past 8 months. I love having the wrap finish, you just do not have to worry about dinging them up if you play out, and the finish keeps forever. However, I still was very careful, let know one help me load/unload, always kept in cases, so not a scratch on them. Cool floor tom sizes, the 15" is great! Nice deep sound, and a very distinct note. Large classic lugs, classic tom mount, curved spurs on kick. I am trying to get this replicated by Ludwig in a red sparkle as it fits our band colors better, but perfect sound for us and I want all the same sizes.
